Here's a few links to websites that have recently popped up featuring the Pyongyang Traffic Ladies - part of the sudden wave of internet interest in the PTGs that was sparked by Roger Ebert's Twitters.

not a bad list But most just reroute to youtube videos one of the best places to see actually Footage. But for PTG info & pictures This site is the Best.

Yes, there's a bit of redundancy with some of those web pages. We're trying to have a comprehensive PTG site here - if there's posts about them on the web, I'd like to have links to it someplace here. It might not be organized that well, but if it's on the web you can probably find a link to it in here with a bit of searching.

That's a long list. I didn't check them all out, but I thought this was an effed-up claim, from the cyborg site: " ...Only allowed to rotate counter-clockwise. Otherwise they’re shot. Or raped. Or raped and then shot. Whichever is the worst, because it’s North Korea and they’re crazy"

In the recent wave of people checking out our website, someone must have seen the thread about why the PTGs mainly turn counter-clockwise, and re-posted somewhere that they only turn that way. Then all of a sudden I noticed on the web there were posts saying they were not allowed to turn clockwise. I read somewhere that a PTG would go to prison if she turned clockwise. Now they'll get shot. It's funny seeing how something changes the more it gets re-posted.
