| . Our PTG keeps the intersection free from congestion as the 105 story uncompleted Ryugyong Hotel looms in the background.
Construction on the hotel was halted in 1992, and has stood as an iconic symbol of Pyongyang ever since. I love this picture.

| They're traffic lights but not working. I keep reading that Pyongyang traffic lights are rarely turned on. Good thing, or there would be no need for the traffic ladies. | |
